4. Flu vaccination – children aged 6 months through 8 years:

• For those not previously vaccinated with influenza vaccine, two doses with at least 4 weeks apart are needed;
• For those vaccinated with influenza vaccine in the past, doctor will recommend if one dose or two doses is/are required according to the vaccination history;

5. Vaccination Subsidy Scheme is not applicable to this offer;

6. Vaccine is offered on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last;

7. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers; it is not exchangeable for cash or other product. The offer is non-transferrable and non-refundable;

8. The offer is provided to self-pay clients only; direct billing is not applicable;
