• Promotion period: from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025 (both dates inclusive).

• Please present your valid membership card to enjoy the offer upon registration. For dependents, please present a copy of the membership card.

• The new generation shingles vaccination fee includes one-time doctor’s consultation and two doses of vaccination.

• The new generation shingles vaccination is recommended for persons aged 50 or above. Each person should receive two doses, with the second dose to be administered 2 to 6 months after the first shot. It is also recommended for persons aged 19 or above who have or will have weakened immune system due to disease or therapy. If needed, persons with weakened immune system can receive two doses of the vaccine, with the second dose to be taken 1 to 2 months after the first shot. Vaccination is offered on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.

• Clients are suggested to consult the doctor prior to receiving the new generation shingles vaccination. According to the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (US CDC) *, people with the following conditions should not get the new generation shingles vaccination: o Experienced a severe allergic reaction to any component of the vaccine or after a dose of new generation shingles vaccine; o Currently pregnant; o Currently having shingles; o People who are suffering from a moderate or severe acute illness, with or without fever, should wait until recovery before getting the vaccine.

• The offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers; it is not exchangeable for cash or other product. The offer is non-transferrable and non-refundable.

• Discounts of the above offer is provided to self-pay clients only, direct billing is not applicable.
