^ Hospital charges do not include: i) consignments and central venous stents; ii) targeted therapy medications; iii) outsourced services (e.g. send-out laboratory tests); iv) administration charges (e.g. medical records, photocopy, claim form filling); and v) all doctor-related fees.

# The offer is also applicable to additional billable à la carte items for patients using all-inclusive medical/maternity package services.
